Kim Mitchell Remembered
Scholarship honors former Pickled Steamer owner
May 28, 2006 marked the one-year anniversary of the passing
of Kim Mitchell, one of the founders of Pickled Steamer in Avon. The restaurant
donated all proceeds for the day to a culinary scholarship fund in Ontario,
Canada set up to honor Kim. (Kim was originally from Ontario.)
