Surf Fishing School Offered
Classroom plus "on the beach" instruction

Joe Malat's Outer Banks Surf Fishing School will hold three sessions during 2006: May 18-21, September 7-10 and October 19-22. One day will be classroom instruction and a day and a half will be spent on the beach fishing. For tuition of $275, participants will also receive an evening social, tackle giveaways, one lunch, bait and an autographed copy of Joe's book Surf Fishing.

The school is in its 13th year and the instructors are Joe Malat and Mac Currin, both experienced surf fishermen and skilled teachers. Space is limited to 25 students and advance reservations are required. Headquarters for the schools will be the Comfort Inn South in Nags Head. Lodging is not included in the price.

Students will learn how to identify fish, how to select rods, reels and tackle, how to tie knots and how to cast plus valuable tips and tricks used by the pros.

For more information about Joe Malat's Outer Banks Surf Fishing School, contact Joe at 252-441-4767, Mac at 919-881-0049 or visit their web site at www.joemalat.com.
